Welcome to eGrad! Please carefully read the following terms and conditions (“Terms”) before using our education support services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
DEFINITIONS
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
(a) “eGrad” refers to eGrad Education Support Services, its employees, directors, and agents.
(b) “RTO” means Registered Training Organisation.
(c) “RTO Partner” means a Registered Training Organisation that eGrad works with to provide nationally recognised certificates/qualifications.
(d) “Services” means the education support services provided by eGrad, which includes, but is not limited to, assistance in applying for qualifications, collecting evidence, and gap training.
(e) “Client” means the person or entity who has requested the services of eGrad.
SERVICES PROVIDED
2.1 eGrad provides education support services, which includes assisting clients in applying for nationally recognised qualifications issued by our RTO Partners.
2.2 eGrad is not an RTO but is a facilitator of education support services.
2.3 All qualifications/certificates issued are nationally recognised and issued by our RTO partners.
2.4 eGrad is not responsible for the final outcome of each qualification applied for as this is the responsibility of the RTO Partner.
CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
3.1 The client must provide all necessary information and evidence required for the application of the qualification.
3.2 The client must ensure that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
3.3 The client is responsible for paying all fees associated with the qualification application and the provision of eGrad's services.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
4.1 eGrad does not accept any liability for any loss or damage suffered by the client arising out of or in connection with the provision of our services.
4.2 eGrad is not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the information provided by the client.
4.3 eGrad is not liable for any delay or failure to provide its services due to circumstances beyond its control.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
5.1 All intellectual property rights in the eGrad website and materials are owned by eGrad or its licensors.
5.2 The client may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any eGrad materials without eGrad’s prior written consent.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
6.1 eGrad may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on the eGrad website.
6.2 The client’s continued use of eGrad’s services after the posting of the amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
GOVERNING LAW
7.1 These Terms are governed by international law.
7.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.
SEVERABILITY
8.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
9.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between eGrad and the client and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties.
By using eGrad’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
DISCLAIMER
Thank you for considering eGrad Education Support Services for your educational needs. Please note the following:
Non-award courses can be developed and delivered by eGrad's academic team or any external training organization from any part of the world.
For internationally recognized courses, relevant course codes, training organization details, and up-to-date course outlines will be provided during enrolment.
For internationally recognized courses, they are delivered by accredited training organizations. eGrad is a facilitator of education support services, and all qualifications/certificates issued are recognized and issued by our partnering training organizations.
While eGrad endeavours to maintain accurate information regarding course codes and other details, there might be instances where information is outdated, or course codes have changed. In such cases, eGrad's partnering training organization will assess the applicant's file under the most updated and valid training package at the time of assessment. eGrad will inform the client of any updated course/training package/course code details during the final assessment.
The information contained in eGrad’s website, social media pages, marketing materials, and other publications is provided for general informational purposes only. eGrad does not provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information provided.
